Accepting Submissions for February Art Show

In January we had to postpone our art show. However, we are still accepting submissions for the art show that will be held on February 24. A fun evening filled with artistic inspiration! There will be preview performances by our instructors who will be competing in this year’s Williamsburg Dancing with the Stars.

Interested artists can contact Pamela Barton: artinspiredpamela@gmail.com. We are even accepting submissions from artists outside of Virginia, so if you know of an artist who would be interested, pass it on!

Oct. 2011 Art Show

Time again to submit your work for our current Call for Entries. This month we are featuring the style of the PORTRAIT. We will be accepting all forms of portraiture: photography, paintings, abstracts, etc…

Please provide an artists statement and bio to accompany your work. Submissions can be sent to artinspiredme@gmail.com … Please note title size and depth of each piece and attach a photo. Work can also be submitted in person. Please call 757-768-9033 to set up time and date.

Deadline to submit is 10/22/11 and show will take place on 10/28/11 thur 11/30/11. There will be an opening show on Friday, 10/28/11 complete with entertainment and refreshments.

The show is open to the public and donations are accepted to benefit the gallery.

1st Gallery Opening at ArtInspired

Thank you for your support in our community based artist gallery at ArtInspired Studio One. The gallery is a part of a larger initiative by ArtInspired, LLC who recently opened it’s studio in January 2011.We are excited to get our first opening off the ground and create a new venue for local artists to showcase and commission their work.

Marilen Crump and Kimber Estes will be exhibiting work in the Black & White Art Show.

June 25- July 20, 2011- Exhibition

Opening reception: Friday June 24, 7:45-9 pm

Black & White Art Show is a photography exhibition of work by these artists who are continuing to expand their focusing on work outside the scope of their professional assignments. The artwork included illustrate the exciting state of these artist’s career ready to bloom into the collector’s market.
